According to the list serves, a Scissor-tailed Flycatcher is in the  Arroyo Grande Creek area of San Louis Obispo County. This beauty is normally found in Texas and  other parts of south central United States. Aside from giving the bird an elegant flourish, the forked tail helps this flycatcher make swift turns when it hunts insects.
